1. Import Coordinator
Job description
Import Operation
• Process and manage import shipments
• Data input / documentation
• Arrange and co-ordinate with customers for customs clearance and door delivery
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work well in a team environment and assist other co-workers when needed
Qualifications required
• Preferably 1+ year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Punctual, Detail oriented, professionalism is a must
• Fluency in both Korean and English preferred
Physical Requirements
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
• Frequent use of computer and office equipment
Pay range : $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
2. Import Operation Specialist
At least 3 years of freight forwarding experience required.
Job description
Import Operation
• Managing overseas shipping processes, arranging and following up on shipments
• Providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships
• Coordinating with various vendors, such as shipping lines and trucking companies
• Supporting overall logistics and shipping operations
• Managing data entry and handling other documentation tasks efficiently
Qualifications required
• Experiences in freight forwarding/logistics industry is an asset
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with strong responsibility
• Fluency in both Korean and English preferred

Pay Range : $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
3. HR Generalist
2~4 years of HR experience required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Employee Relations
•Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace practices
•Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management processes
- Recruitment & Onboarding
•Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating hiring
•Conduct and coordinate new hire orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- HR Operations & Compliance
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements
•Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies
•Assist with internal and external audits and required reporting
- Benefits & Leave Administration
•Provide employees with information and assistance regarding benefits enrollment and inquiries
•Coordinate and track leaves of absence (e.g., FMLA, STD) in compliance with applicable regulations
- Training & Development
•Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain detailed training records
•Support employee development initiatives and compliance-related training programs
- HR Projects & Initiatives
•Participate in HR initiatives focused on continuous improvement and employee engagement
•Assist with reviewing and updating internal HR policies and communications
Required Skills and Abilities
•Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
•Experience with HRIS or payroll system (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Paycom, etc.) preferred
•Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
•Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential information
•HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
•Business-level Korean language proficiency required due to frequent communication with Korean-speaking employees and stakeholders
Education and Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
•2–4 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources generalist role

Pay Range : $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
