POSITION 1.  ACCOUNTING MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION
Examine accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to standards defined within the department
Leading the team members and Report to the General Manager and/or Vice President
Review records of accounts and input entries into proper accounts
Develop and implement proper keeping of financial records, making use of current technologies
Create forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Process purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner
File taxes so that all requirements are met while avoiding overpayment
Process expense reports in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with departmental procedures
File, order supplies and perform miscellaneous duties
Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner

 • Oversee and manage the payroll processing, AP/AR, fixed asset/debt activity, general ledger entries, and all accounting related duties
 • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
 • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
 • Coordinate and complete annual audits
 • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
 • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
 • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
 • Analysis of company business performance

REQUIREMENTS
 • Bachelor’s Degree with relevant course work (Accounting, Business, and Finance)
 • Over 5 years of related experience (Logistics and/or CPA) preferred
 • Thorough understanding of key accounting concepts, US GAAP and IFRS
 • Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines required
 • Detail oriented, strong accuracy
 • Strong analytical and strategic skills
 • Excellent organization and communication skills
 • Strong presentation skills
 • Ability to work in groups
 • Strong MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge
 • Quick Books experience preferred
 • Ability to self-manage required
 • Bilingual preferred (English & Korean)
 • English: Professional Level
 • Korean: Intermediate Level

POSITION 2. CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE / 3PL 

JOB DESCRIPTION
A Customer Services Representative (CSR) coordinates all activities to ensure the fastest and smoothest inbound/outbound shipment entries and updates per customer's request. These activities include inputting inbound entries, checking inventory availability, supervising outbound orders, communicating with carriers and customers for smooth outbound release, making bill of loading, trouble shooting inventory issues, understanding charges clearly and creating invoices in a timely manner.

 • Efficient communication skills and good customer relationships
 • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office programs; excel, word, outlook, power point, etc.) and typing skills  
 • Strong sense of urgent issues/cutoff time, trouble shooting, and finding solutions
 • Time management in tight timeline
 • Ability to handle multi-task in daily basis
 • Ability to do different tasks/accounts and help others when the need arises
 • Understand WMS and charges correctly and make accurate data entries and billings/invoices
 • Strong planning and organization skills
 • Must be team player

REQUIREMENTS
 • BA degree & minimum 2 years of work experience or directly related experience
 • English fluency and literacy
 • Excellent computer skills and tying skills
 • Efficient communication skills and work performance 
 • Punctuality and Responsibility of work  
 • Must have a good work ethic and be reliable

POSITION 3. CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE / DRAYAGE

JOB DESCRIPTION
A Trucking Customer Services Representative (CSR) coordinates all activities to ensure the fastest and smoothest load delivery to the customers. These activities include inputting delivery orders, checking container availability, making an appointment with terminals and customers, evaluating and recommending delivery solutions based on customer needs and request. CSR is also required to understand charges clearly and create invoices in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS
 • BA degree & minimum 2 years of work experience or 3 year of directly related experience
 • Data entry (accurate understanding of entries and typing skills) and excellent computer skills (Microsoft office programs; 
    excel, word, outlook, power point, etc.)
 • English fluency and literacy
 • Efficient communication skills and good customer relationships
 • See issues and find solutions and troubleshooting
 • Strong sense of urgent issues/cutoff time, trouble shooting, and finding solutions
 • Time management in tight timeline
 • Ability to handle multi-task in daily basis and good work performance 
 • Understand charges and make correct invoices
 • Strong planning and organization skills

POSITION 4.  SAFETY COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Safety Coordinator is assisting Safety Manager who is responsible for all aspects of safety. The Safety Coordinator develops, establishes, and oversees a safe, accident free and healthy working environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
 • Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, local and company policies, procedures and regulations regarding the 
    safe operation of the fleet
 • Ensuring that safety inspections are properly scheduled, carried out, monitored, acted upon and documented
 • Preparing reports documenting safety and training performance as required by client and company procedures
 • Supervising “on-the-road” safety efforts
 • Acting as a representative at external safety meetings and committees
 • Reviewing and analyzing data relating to accidents, injuries, and illnesses
 • Administering the company’s safety program
 • Any other assigned job from Safety Manager
