Regional Sales Manager (Region will be defined upon Interview)
 
Job Description
the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead the design in and certification efforts for Antenna products at major wireless carriers in the U.S. The role will have responsibility for integrating market data & strategies, company capabilities, and sales & business objectives into an actionable plan and getting antennas qualified on customer projects. In addition, the person hired will monitor progress in the market by the sales teams, business unit product development teams, and R&D. They will have responsibility for achieving growth objectives within identified market segments. This position will also have responsibility for driving and growing a specific sales territory including direct customers, Point of Sales OEM's, Public Safety accounts, and Distributors & Wireless Integrator regional offices. 

Responsibilities
    • Identification of target customers and revenue potential by customer.
    • Assess market factors and trends, customer direction.
    • Identification of new product needs for the stated market and customers, and development of roadmaps
    • Sales Management and Account Responsibility for a US Sales Territory.
    • Project Identification and Design In/Qualification of Telecom based antennas at Wireless Carriers.
    • Revenue Forecast entry and maintenance.
    • Work with Product Marketing Team to direct/drive new product development in target market.
    • Develop initiatives, specific objectives and plans to support growth in targeted markets.
    • Focus efforts at key accounts/customers to grow Ace’s share with the accounts, in cooperation with sales.
    • Present business cases for proposed initiatives supporting the strategic market plan.
    • Develop data-based market assessments and forecasts as input into the market strategy.
    • Work directly with the sales teams, business unit leadership, and technical teams to implement strategy and measure progress.
    • Work directly with appropriate personnel to prepare a plan to include target accounts, revenue potential, product
        development requirements, and other resource requirements.
    • Adhere to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
 
Requirements
    • Ability to work with functional groups.
    • Demonstrated skills both orally and written and must possess strong interpersonal skills.
    • Strong computer literacy is required.
    • Significant travel, including international is required in order to meet these business objectives.
    • Bi-Lingual (Fluent in English & Korean) is a strong plus
 
Education & Experience Requested
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business/Marketing required.
    • Minimum of (1) or (2) years of sales experience is Plus, Excellent Verbal, Written and computer experience required.
    • Direct Customer, Channel and Territory Sales & Sales Management Experience

Inside Sale Representative
 
Job Description
This role will be responsible for owning and managing the manufacturing plan (Production schedule) for customer need and managing customer sales. You will also be responsible for developing new sales prospects and interacting with existing customers and new customers.
    • Prepare weekly reports summarizing Inside Sales activities
    • Own and Maintain Production Schedule. Address the monthly deltas, identify constraints, and work with appropriate groups 
         to improve if possible.
    • Respond to all sales department inquiries.
    • Continuous review of sales order backlog to improve delivery to meet customer requested delivery date.
    • Grow and manage the business with assigned territories, customers and sales channels.
    • Maximize margins, increase market share, and drive value added solution.
    • Understand customer needs and guide them to deploy solutions.
    • Possess direct account ownership to build and expand strategic relationships with customers by researching accounts, 
         identifying key players, generating interest, and educating and selling SDS products, solutions and capabilities.
 
Requirements
    • Ability to work with functional groups.
    • Demonstrated skills both orally and written and must possess strong interpersonal skills.
