Store Sales Manager

Requirements: 

 o   Responsible for the day-to-day operations of showroom

 o   Maintain efficient and accurate workflow

 o   Actively engage with team members and customers

 o   Detail oriented and organized

 o   Proficient in MS Office Suite

 o   Provide excellent customer support

 

 o   Bilingual – English and Korean preferred

 o   Previous experience in a managing role preferred

 

 

Import Designer
Requirements: 
 o   Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
 o   Degree in fashion Design and at least 5 years work experience.
 o   Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft office
 o   Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
 o   Able to fit Small size a plus.
 o   Must be a team player.

HR Manager/Office Manager
Requirements: 
 o   Bachelor’ Degree in Human Resources or related business field 
 o   5+ years’ experience in a human resources supervisory position 
 o   Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale 
 o   Comprehensive understanding of local, state and federal employment laws 
 o   Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills 
 o   Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
 o   Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and 
     trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and 
     evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
 o   Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
 o   Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member 
 o   Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture 
 o   Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team each month and make recommendations to 
     improve the company’s current offerings 
 o   Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction 
 o   Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies 
     follow current laws and regulation

Store Cashier
Requirements: 
 o   Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
 o   Must be honest and accurate
 o   Must be punctual  
 o   Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 
 o   Must be a team player.

Graphic Designer/E-commerce (Multi-Position)
Requirements: 
 o   Ensure that our creative assets remain cutting edge and steps ahead of our competition
      Working with the Creative Director, deliver beautiful, high-caliber designs that support our merchandising, marketing and 
      email initiatives
 o   Participate in a positive, productive and creative work environment
 o   Lead projects and collaborate with team members
 o   Work collaboratively with members of the Sales /Marketing team
 o   Contribute to elevating the overall aesthetic and development of our brands and digital guidelines
 o   Web Design experience, fashion and e-commerce experience ideal
 o   Photo Shoot / Editing photo.
 o   Experience in Shopify platform
 o   Solid knowledge of composition, color theory and incredible attention to detail
 o   Demonstrated talent for creative concept, ability to clearly communicate design decisions to others and execute projects from 
       start to finish
 o   Ability to navigate efficiently and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 o   Strong communication skills – in writing
 o   Positive, collaborative, hands-on and energetic attitude

Tradeshow Sales Coordinator
 o   Must be able to attend domestic trade shows
 o   Establish / maintain new accounts and   process / follow up PO with buyers
 o   Excellent communication and presentation skills
 o   Organized and detail oriented
 o   Must be fluent in English and Spanish plus
 o   Must have a flexible schedule (travel on the weekends)   
 o   Experience with working trade shows (min 3 years plus)
 o   Prep-work for trade shows (Prepare and organize samples)
 o   Travel to trade shows and show set-up, exhibition, and breakdown
 o   Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
