We are looking for Korean speaking RN & LVN & NP.
Cura home health care Inc. has an immediate opening for field-based California-licensed Registered Nurse to work as a home visiting nurse for Los Angeles County/Orange County/San Bernardino County.
Qualifications:
1. Registered nurse to work in California
2. Valid California driver's license and car insurance
3. CPR Certified4. Know to use EMR or willing to learn
5. Must be reliable, dependable and on time
6. If you are a newly graduate, we will provide the training
Job Duty:
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient's health status and medical needs during home visits.
• Monitor patient's vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment.
• Ensures plan is discussed with patient, family/significant others.
• Monitors the patient's progress based on the plan
• Educate patients and their families on medication regimens, proper administration techniques and self-care strategies
• Documents all patients' encounters, assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in ongoing training, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
• Adhere to all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures governing home health nursing practice.
Compensations:
RN - $50 to $130 based on experience
LVN - $35 to $50 based on experience
NP - based on experience
