We research and develop and manufacture implantable medical devices in dental and orthopedic applications. Our HQ is located in Fullerton, CA. We are a growing company in the medical device industry and as the business expands, we are looking for qualified and experienced individuals for our Dental Medical Device Sales Department.
Business Development Administrator
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Business Development Manager to provide administrative support
- Administrative support of all international business transactions
- Assist with the business development process and sales
- Manage form completion and document organization during the customer onboarding process
- Respond to client calls/emails during the client onboarding process
- Collect and maintain client information in the CRM database
- Provide great customer service and follow-up
- Support the Business Development Manager and accounting team during quarterly sales commission calculation
- Collaborate with Marketing on outbound prospecting campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and What's App
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Bilingual in Korean
