Job description – Commercial Insurance
Inszone Insurance Services is an independent insurance agency with multiple locations throughout the United States. Our firm specializes in customized insurance products for businesses and individuals. We have direct appointments with all the major insurance markets. Location: Onsite at our location in Anaheim
Roles: Positions available for both Commercial Lines Producers and Account Managers.
Qualifications:
• Insurance License –Insurance License Required
• Experience – 2 years of Commercial Experience in sales or service required
• Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner
• Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
• Korean - Korean-bilingual speaking required.
Responsibilities:
• Answer client’s questions regarding payments and notices.
• Process endorsements for clients.
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers (license required).
• Support designated sales staff.
• Follow up and see tasks thru to completion.

Salary : starting from $24 an hour
Job Type: Full-time
