I appreciate the time you took to speak with me on the phone today. As mentioned, A Resolution of Board is required to satisfy the terms and conditions of your loan.
A Resolution of Board is needed.
1. Please provide a Resolution of Board that includes:
a. A statement that the Board held a meeting.
b. A statement that the Board authorizes acceptance of the SBA loan and specifying the loan amount.
c. A statement designating an individual or individuals by name and title authorized to sign the SBA loan closing documents.
d. The Resolution should be dated and signed by at least one Board member. The signature should also include each Board member’s title.
