안녕하세요..바쁘실 줄 알지만 지푸라기라도 잡고싶은 심정에 문의 드랍니다. 저는 서류미비자로서 독립적인 미용사를 하던 사람입니다. 소셜넘버가 있어서 10-99로 10년넘게 세금보고를 계속 해왔었구요. 제가 궁금한 사항은 이번 코로나사태로 실업급여 신청을 광범위하게 할수 있게 되었는데 저같은 경우도 가능한가요??
영주권번호가 없어도 세금보고만 했으면 가능한가요??제가 온라인신청을 시도해보았는데 시민권자냐는 질문에 아니다라고 하니까 영주권 번호를 입력해야 하더라구요..그 란에 영주권번호를 기입안하년 다음 세션으로 넘어가질 않던데...영주권자가 아니면 신청이 불가능한건가요?? 아님 세금보고를 했으면 신청이 가능한건기요??만약 가능하다면 어떻게 해야 하는지...오늘도 수고가 많으시겠지만 답변 부탁드립니다..수고하세요~~

일할수 있는 합법적인 신분이 아니면, 해당이 안된다고 합니다.
법적 자문이 아닌만큼, 정확한 정보를 위해서 노동법 변호사에게 질문 한번 하시면 좋을듯 합니다.
사이트 상에는 안된다고 나와 있습니다. UI 를 말합니다.
(특별법으로 자영업과 1099 도 UI를 임시적으로 받을수 있으나, 이것도 해당이 안되는것을 보입니다. )
단 DI, PFL (몸에 이상이 온경우, 코로나로 인해 가족을 돌봐야 할경우는가능 하다 합니다.)
