다른게 아니오라 제가 한국에서 와서 WEST LA / CENTURY CITY 에 있는 콘도에 렌트를 하고 있습니다.
차 파킹이 문제가 있어 고민중, 빌딩 메니져 마리아 라는 분 에게 우선 제시 를 받았습니다.
다른 parking 자리에 우선 차를 파킹하고 new tenant 가 오면 옮길수 있게 알려 주겠다는 것 입니다.
몇 일 후에 아침에 제 차가 토잉 된걸 알았습니다. 이유는 new tenant 가 와서 본인 자리에 제 차가 있으니 towing 을 한것 입니다. 빌딩에서 토잉을 한것 이 아니라 새로온 입주자가 토잉을 한것 입니다. 그래서 마리아 에게 물었더니 발뺌을 하는것입니다. 그런적 없다구요.... 그리고 제가 계속 화 를 내자 미안하다면서 회피하면서 그 자리에서 미안하다는 말 밖에 안하고...
그래서 management 회사 에 전화 해서 따지니
Hi Rin,
Again, I sincerely apologize that your car was towed. However, you were parked in another unit's spot. The tenant (not the building management) had your car towed, as was in Tenant's right. Thus, we cannot reimburse you. Please continue to park in your assigned spot(s) and you will not have this issue again.
We value your tenancy and are sorry for the inconvenience.
이런 메일을 받았습니다. 돈이 문제가 아니라 제가 영어를 못해서 이런 경우를 받은것 같아서 화가 납니다. 이럴땐 어떻게 해야 할까요? small claim 까지도 생각하고 있습니다.
