어디다가 여쭤봐야하는지 모르겠었어서 혹시나 여기다가 여쭤봅니다.
저는 2023년 4월 30일을 마지막으로 지금까지 income이 없습니다.
그리고 Covered CA에다가도 4/30/2023 이후엔 Income 없다고 report도 하고, proof of income이 없으니 statement를 써서 보냈는데
Covered CA.com 에서는 지금까지 "’-----'s case is currently under review by their (MEDI-CAL) local county office. -----is still in their Covered California plan and must keep paying for their plan to avoid a gap in coverage. " 라고 써있으니
11월달까지는 혹시나 몰라 covered CA insurance plan을 해지를 안하고 있다가 CalOptima (Medi-cal) website에 가보니enrollment status가 "active" 라고 되어있고, 오늘 전화로 status 체크 해봐도 12월달 active라고 되어있고 몇달 동안 Medi-cal에서 info 편지, renewal 편지도 오고 그래서 11월을 마지막으로 Covered CA plan은 terminated 시켰는데
오늘 Covered CA에 연락해보니 dual enrollment 으로 penalty를 물을 수 있다고 Tax Specialist에게 상의를 해보라고하는데 제가 tax보고도 제가 온라인으로 했었어서.. 도움이 필요해 여기다가 여쭤봅니다.
제가 어떻게 해야하는지 혹시 아시면 도와주세요, 감사합니다.
