안녕하세요 substantial presence test 기준에 대해 여쭙고자합니다

F1 and J1 student visa holders may exempt 5 calendar years of presence for purposes of the substantial presence test. J1 non-student visa holders are able to have 2 exempt calendar years of presence for purposes of the substantial presence test.
라고 되어있는데
제가 맨 처음 미국에 입국한건 2015년
1. 2015년 F1 교환학생으로 딱 1학기만 지냈고 (2015년 1월9일~2015년 9월2일)
2. J1(2016년 7월 4일~ 2017년 7월),
3. F1(2020년~현재) 이렇게 유지하고있는데요
F1, J1은 5년의 기간동안은 면제라고 되어있는데 그게 2015년 맨 처음 미국에 입국하면서 발급받은 학생비자 발급일 기준 5년인가요 아님 각각의 비자당 5년, 2년 이렇게 제외될수 있는건가요?

그리고 OPT 끝나고 60days grace period 는 이전 OPT 고용직전 unemployed 기간도 영향을 받나요?
You get a total of 90 days of unemployment for the duration of post-completion OPT.
예를 들면 unemployment 기간이 50일이였다면 opt끝나고의 60일에서 -50일이 차감되는지도 궁금하고 너무 불안합니다ㅠㅠ
