저희 아들이 2022년 5월에 온타리오 딜러에서 중고차를 구매하며 48개월 5만마일의 service contracts를 $1775불에 구매하였습니다. 구매 당시의 마일은 32476마일입니다. 구매서류와 service contracts는 물론 다 가지고 있습니다. 그런데 딜러에서는 처음 브레이크 패드를 한번 교체해준 이후에 서비스 기간이 종료 되었다며 그 이후 정비에 든 비용등을 제게 청구하였고 저는 지불하였습니다. 일주일 전 오일체인지를 또 제 돈주고 교환하는데 차량의 문제가 여러가지 있다며 6천불 정도 나오는 서류를 주는 겁니다.
이건 뭐가 잘못된것 같은데 제가 가진 서비스 서류를 읽어 보았는데 제가 영어가 부족하지만 제가 읽어 본 봐로는 제가 2022년 5월에 32476마일의 중고차를 구입하였으니 계약 기간이 48개월이면 2024년 5월까지이고 마일로는 32476+50000=82476마일까지 커버를 받을수 있는 것 같습니다. 현 시점 기간과 마일에 이르지 않았습니다. 제가 영어가 부족하여 서류를 옮겨 적으니 바쁘시겠지만 한번 봐 주시고 제가 어떻게 해야 할지 알려 주세요. 긴 글 읽어 주셔서 감사합니다.
The Program is only available for purchase on the vehicle referenced above ("Enrolled Vehicle") either: (1) before 36 months have passed since the Enrolled Vehicle was first retailed or placed into demonstrator or loaner service, or the Enrolled Vehicle reaches 36,000 miles (whichever occurs first);or (2) as an extension of an expired BMW Maintenance Program as long as the Enrolled Vehicle has not exceeded 45 months from when it was fist retailed or placed into demonstrator or loaner service and has fewer than 45000 miles; Generation of this BMW Maintenance Program Upgrade Agreement ("Agreement") and payment by you of the applicable fees means your authorized BMW Center ("Center") has registered the Enrolled Vehicle with BMW of North America, LLC ("BMW NA") for this BMW Maintenance Program Upgrade ("Program"). COVERAGE
"Coverage" under the Program includes: (a) factory recommended maintenance as listed in your BMW Service and Warranty Information Booklet at the intervals specified by the maintenance indicator system for a total of 48 months or 50,000 miles (whichever comes first) since the Enrolled Vehicle was
first retailed or placed into demonstrator or loaner service: (b) replacement of the followina items due to normal wear and tear bevond the limits listed in the BMW Technical Data Information: brake linings (pads) and rotors, external drive belts, clutch disc, wiper blade inserts, and any adjustments required due to normal operating conditions (except as excluded below) or for total of 48 months or 50,000 miles (whichever comes first) since the Enrolled Vehicle was first retailed or placed into demonstrator or loaner service.
