어머니랑 아버지는 거의 10년 전에 이혼 서류 접수 한 뒤에 judgement of dissolution letter form FL 180-date marital status ends on Nov XX 2014. 그 밑 내용을 보면 Judgement of dissolution is entered. Marital status is terminated and the parties are restore to the status of single persons on Nov XX 2014. 받았습니다. 하지만.
아버지는 이 판결을 받기 한 달 전인 Oct 2014에 돌아가셨습니다.
즉, 현재 escrow ownership title에 Unmarried Woman, Widow 과부가 아니라,
Unmarried woman, Divorced 이혼했으므로 미혼 여성(이혼)이어야 한다는 뜻이겠죠?
