Oakobing Franchising Inc. - Remote Administrative/Sales Manager 모집
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the execution of franchise agreements.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with franchise clients.
• Analyze and review monthly franchise sales performance to ensure accurate royalty calculations.
• Perform administrative tasks remotely, excluding in-person meetings with franchisees and sales-related duties, which will be conducted at the Los Angeles office.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Prior experience in sales is required.
• Must be bilingual in Korean and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong customer service orientation is essential.
Compensation:
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience.
Commission will be provided for each completed franchise agreement, making this an even better opportunity beyond the base salary.
