1.Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager
We are a growing business operating both a restaurant and a market, and we are looking for a Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager to effectively manage and control the inventory and purchasing of items. We are seeking a dedicated individual who can ensure the efficient flow of goods and maintain high-quality service and products for our customers.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing and inventory management (Experience in restaurants or markets is preferred)
• Bilingual (Korean/English) is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of inventory control and purchasing processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain relationships with various suppliers
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Responsibilities
• Manage inventory for the restaurant and market, ensuring timely purchase of necessary items
• Negotiate prices and manage contracts with suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent both overstock and stockouts
• Track orders and deliveries, ensuring proper storage and quality control of items
• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly inventory reports
• Ensure purchasing is within budget and meets operational needs
2.Convenience Store manager / Assistant manager
We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the roles of Manager and Assistant Manager. These positions are essential in ensuring smooth operations, delivering great customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.
Store Manager
• Lead and manage all store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Supervise and motivate a team to meet performance goals, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency
• Maintain inventory control manage stock levels, and coordinate reorders to prevent shortages
Assistant Manager
• Support the store manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and meeting performance targets.
• Assist in the training and development of team members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent service and contribute to a positive work environment.
•Help resolve customer concerns and provide guidance to staff during busy periods
Qualifications for Store manager and assistant manager
• 2+ years of experience in retail or related supervisory roles or assistant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual skills (English and Korean) are required
• Weekend shift is required
