Multi-Unit Store Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Multi-Unit Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of two of our Company Operating BHC locations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about customer service, team development, and operational excellence. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving performance across both locations, ensuring brand standards are met, and creating a positive and productive store environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage operations across two store locations, including staffing, inventory, and customer experience
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise store teams to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies
• Forecast product needs and place orders with multiple vendors based on sales trends and store-specific demand
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across both locations to minimize waste and ensure availability
• Perform regular inventory counts and investigate discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy
• Oversee store-related administrative tasks, including communication with vendors, uploading vendor and COGS invoices, and resolving operational issues
• Track and report key performance indicators such as sales, labor cost, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with headquarters on promotions, marketing campaigns, and new product rollouts
• Ensure brand consistency across both locations in terms of service, cleanliness, and product presentation
• Manage POS operations, daily cash reconciliation, and bank deposits
Requirements
• Legally eligible to work in the USA
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) management
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, especially in multi-unit operations
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities
• Proficiency in basic software (POS systems, Excel, email, etc.)
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute between store locations

Annual Base Compensation • $65,000—$70,000 USD
Server
We are hiring a part-time server for the dining area.
Hourly Wage: $17.87 + tips

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Willingness to take initiative, learn new tasks, and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Support Role – Finance & Operations
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely receipt and processing of invoices.
• Upload and organize vendor invoices, payroll records, and insurance documents into internal systems to support accurate monthly reporting.
• Follow up with insurance brokers and providers on renewals, certificates of insurance (COIs), and claims to ensure coverage is up-to-date for all corporate entities.
• Assist in monitoring invoice due dates and payment statuses to help maintain a smooth Accounts Payable process.
• Support Accounts Receivable efforts by tracking outstanding payments and communicating with vendors or clients regarding collections.
• Help maintain accurate filing of contracts, tax forms, audit documents, and compliance materials in collaboration with the Finance and CPA teams.
• Provide administrative support for franchisee operations and onboarding documentation when necessary.
• Support internal and external communication with business partners as needed.
• Assist in special administrative projects, including business license updates, insurance audits, and vendor onboarding paperwork.

Senior Accountant & Admin
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Legally Eligible to work in the USA
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in accounting or finance
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with SAGE or SAP (preferred)
• Corporate finance or accounting experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
• Implement new systems and create new processes to manage monthly budget, actual and forecasting.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly P&L forecasts, IFRS-based quarterly closings, and cash flow projections to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
• Monitor and manage inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS) for company-owned retail locations; ensure accurate inventory valuation, reconciliation, and reporting in coordination with store-level teams.
• Analyze inventory turnover, waste, and shrinkage trends, and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency and operational accuracy.
• Analyze labor spend with operations and provide report on efficiency.
• Coordinate with external CPA firms on company tax filings, year-end audits, and technical accounting matters; draft accounting memorandums as needed.
• Oversee accounts receivable management, including aging analysis and collection follow-ups, to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Administer HR operations including employee onboarding/offboarding, benefits programs (health insurance, 401k), and maintenance of accurate personnel records.
• Manage corporate insurance matters such as workers’ compensation and general liability, including renewals and policy compliance.
• Ensure regulatory and labor law compliance by supporting communication with legal counsel and maintaining business licenses, certificates, and other corporate filings.
• Provide general administrative oversight including office operations, vendor coordination, and internal policy documentation.
