About Us
We are a well-established personal-injury law firm with offices in Koreatown and Century City, serving clients throughout Southern California. Our lead counsel is seeking a junior attorney (minimum 3 years’ experience) to train closely under direct mentorship, with a long-term opportunity to take over the practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to master all aspects of personal-injury practice—from pre-litigation through trial—and ultimately lead or establish a solo practice serving the Koreatown and Chinatown communities.
You may work remotely, in-office, or a mix of both depending on experience and preference.
Responsibilities- Manage pre-litigation cases, including intake, liability evaluation, medical coordination, lien negotiations, and settlement demands.- Handle litigation tasks: pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.- Negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.- Maintain consistent communication with clients, providers, and experts to advance case resolution.
Qualifications- California-licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience (personal-injury experience preferred; civil-litigation background acceptable).- Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills.- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple cases independently.- Remote-work capability (must be able to handle case management, Zoom hearings, and client communication efficiently).- Language skills in Korean and/or Chinese are a plus, but not required.
What We Offer- One-on-one mentorship directly from lead counsel.- Comprehensive exposure to both pre-litigation and litigation practice.- Clear succession opportunity — a pathway to take over the practice.- Competitive compensation (DOE) with performance-based growth potential.- Flexible schedule and the ability to work remotely full-time or in a hybrid arrangement.- A supportive, collaborative environment emphasizing long-term professional growth.
