Our firm in Los Angeles specializes in Immigration and Deportation, has the following position open for qualified candidates.

We are seeking motivated, diligent and effective individuals to fill the following position:

Immigration Paralegal – Legal Assistant  (Korean bilingual)

The Position will be responsible for:

Employment Based immigration (EB-1, EB-2, NIW, EB-3, PERM, EB-5)

Family Based Immigration

Non-Immigrant Visa (H1B, L1A/B, E-1, E-2, etc.)

Removal Proceedings, etc.

Requirement(s):

• 1 year of Immigration experience preferred.

• Experience in handling Employment-Based immigration (EB-1, EB-2, NIW, EB-3, PERM, EB-5), Family-Based immigration, Non-Immigration visas (H-1B, L-1A/B, E-1/E-2), Removal Proceedings.

• Exceptional writing & communicative abilities and case/client management skills.

• Excellent Legal Research skills

• Self-motivated candidate able to work independently and as a team-player.

• Ability to manage multi-tasks

• Bilingual fluency in English AND Korean.

Compensation:

• Salary range $55,000 - $80,000

• Health Insurance

• 401K

• PTO
