Designer Assistant (Entry Level): $50,000–$55,000 annually (DOE)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Designer Assistant to support our design team throughout all stages of the design and sample development process. This role is ideal for an early-career designer looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in researching trends, fabrics, colors, and trims
- Create flat sketches, CADs, and supporting design materials
- Assist with tech pack development and updates
- Organize and track samples, swatches, and trims
- Communicate with vendors and support the sample development process
- Assist with fittings, presentations, and design reviews
- Help manage design calendars, timelines, and deadlines
- Provide general administrative and organizational support to the design team
Qualifications
- AA or BA degree in Fashion Design or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of fashion design experience or relevant internship
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop & Excel a plus)
- Strong sketching skills (hand and/or digital)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Bilingual in Korean & English preferred, but not required
Sales Manager: $72,000 annually plus 1% commission

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing women’s apparel wholesale B2B accounts
- Develop new wholesale accounts within your network
- Represent the company at fashion trade shows and industry events
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with boutique and retail buyers
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Communicate market trends and buyer feedback to the internal team
Qualifications
We are looking for a sales professional who:
- Has proven experience in women’s apparel wholesale B2B sales (required)
- Maintains an existing book of women’s apparel wholesale accounts (strongly preferred)-please provide a list of your current accounts
- Has experience attending fashion trade shows (e.g., LA Market, MAGIC, Coterie) — a plus
- Possesses strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Is self-motivated and comfortable working in an early-stage company
- Is able to travel as needed for trade shows and buyer meetings
- Is willing and able to attend and sell at U.S. fashion trade shows
