Admin. Assistant – Receptionist
Requirement(s):
• Must be able to care for clients, be self-motivated, and be a team-player.
• Must be fluent Bi-lingual – Korean & English
• Excellent writing ability, multi-tasking skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Legal experience in immigration or litigation preferred.
Job Duties:
• Receive incoming calls.
• Calendar events, due dates, meetings.
• Process incoming & outgoing mails/emails.
• Scan & copy documents.
• Assist Immigrant Petition, Applications, etc.
• Communicate with USCIS.
• Other misc. administrative duties as needed.
Compensation:
• Highly competitive salary commensurate with experience and skill.
• Offered Salary from $45,000 - $55,000/year

Bookkeeper /Executive Assistant (Bilingual-Korean)
Requirement(s):
• Excellent knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles & Regulations
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and basic MS Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
• Exceptional ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional fluency in both English and Korean
Job Duties:
• Reconcile and process accounts payable/receivable to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Review and manage daily bank activities with attention to balance maintenance
• Process and reconcile clients’ payments weekly basis
• Establish and maintain firm’s financial records
• Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis
• Reconcile law firm software, bank statements, and QuickBooks
• Monitor employee absences and paid time off (PTO) hours
• Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees
• Review and renew company licenses, insurances, business tax, SOI, etc.
• Review financial statements and update proper documents to banks
• Prepare monthly P&L and report to CEO
• Perform administrative tasks for CEO
• Establish and maintain financial records of CEO
• May perform legal/administrative duties according to needs
Compensation:
• Highly competitive salary commensurate with experience and skill.
• Offered Salary from $60,000 - $80,000/year
