Job Summary

We are seeking a Loan Officer to join our Loan Center in Los Angeles. This role is responsible for analyzing financial statements, assessing creditworthiness, and making recommendations on lending decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial markets, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Requirements

• Open to entry-level or experienced candidates

• Bachelor’s degree (background in Business, Accounting, and/or Finance preferred)

• Strong understanding of financial statements, credit modeling, and lending statements

• Experience in commercial lending or corporate banking preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and loan underwriting tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate credit applications, financial statements, and risk factors for individuals and businesses.

• Conduct financial and industry analysis to assess borrower creditworthiness.

• Prepare detailed credit reports and risk assessments for loan approvals.

• Monitor and manage loan portfolios to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting credit risk.
