[Women’s Apparel Sales Data Analyst & Entry]
Responsibilities
• Accurately enter data into the ERP system
• Improve and maintain sales efficiency
• Provide daily support to assist the sales team in decision-making
• Utilize Excel and other tools to perform extensive data analysis
• Monitor data and system rules to ensure data integrity
• Analyze and respond to inquiries from members of the sales team
Education and Experience Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or a related field (experience in the women’s apparel wholesale clothing industry preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, nested formulas, pivot tables, macros, and charts
• Comfortable working with large data sets
• Familiarity with ERP systems; Salesforce experience is a plus
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Preferred: Bilingual in Korean and English
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently

• 5+ years’ experience in the women's apparel industry and import production experience
• Create tech packs and fit comments
• Knowledge of garment construction and spec
• Able to do data entry on the ERP system and follow up on POs
• Proficient use of MS.
• AA or BA degree in fashion school preferred

[Sample Coordinator]
Responsibilities
Manages the lifecycle of clothing samples, from development to showroom. Receive, unpack, log, and organize all seasonal samples (prototypes, fit samples, marketing samples). Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of samples, and prepare samples for fittings, photo shoots, and sales meeting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience: 1–3 years in a fast-paced office or warehouse environment in apparel, production development or production.
• Technical Skills: Strong Proficiency in Microsoft and experience with tracking software.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• High organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
