Job Details & Title : Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator (Ocean/Air Imports, Export) – Entry level or 1~3 years of experience
• Coordinate Forwarding Operations and customer service
• Manage and monitor day-to-day aspects of bookings, shipping, tracking and billing for import and export shipments, ensuring they meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors through excellent communication and service
• Full-Time
Qualifications:
• Entry level or 1+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding operations
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with a willingness to support colleagues
• Proficiency in MS Office and other suit applications
• Fluent in English (Bilingual in Korean is a plus)
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
