1. QA/QC Specialist (2+ Years’ Experienced)
Responsibilities:
• Manage food label regulations- USA, Canada, Mexico
• Manage and update food related regulations and documentation including FSVP
• Regulate regulatory and quality control of each product.
• Identification of any quality problems and recommend changes in quality standard where necessary.
• Working with HQ on innovating new potential products for the brand. Complying with FDA regulations.
• Data management using common computer database software (Excel, Access or equivalent).
• To maintain our service level highly, we cooperate closely with our subcontractors for Customs brokers.
• Renewal permits that we have in timely manner.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of work experience with food or ingredients and manufacturing field preferred.

2. HR Sr. Generalist
Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, such as ADA, FMLA, FLSA, harassment, discrimination, diversity, corrective action and progressive discipline performance management to management team
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, staying current with updates and changes
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all data
• Prepare reports and identify trends in employee related issues, turnover and performance trends and provide solution to management.
• Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives

3. SCM Demand Planning Specialist
Responsibilities:
• The planner is responsible for providing guidance, analysis, and oversight to ensure alignment with business direction and consistency with supply
• The Demand Planner will facilitate a collaborative and consensus approach by working closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics and HQ
• Drive the focus in mid to long-term supply planning with cross functional teams
• Initiate S&OP process and lead consensus demand review
• Advise/communicate Sales team for variances between existing forecasts, plans and actuals weekly
• Manage APS sys and check inventory, incoming and P/O to handle regional on-time supply and ready to report present status
• Analyze forecast variation/deviation with the goal to minimize out of stocks and prevent the build of excess & obsolete inventory
• Provide monthly oversight and give insight as to the status and forecast to the Leadership (SIOP)

Requirements:

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute product strategies to drive growth and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor company’s daily cash position
• Maintain current bank account documentation
• Collaborate with Accounting, AR, AP, FP&A and Payroll departments to ensure that all cash related activities are reported and/or processed accurately
