1. SCM Demand Planning Manager
Responsibilities:
• The planner is responsible for providing guidance, analysis, and oversight to ensure alignment with business direction and consistency with supply
• The Demand Planner will facilitate a collaborative and consensus approach by working closely with Sales, Marketing, Logistics and HQ
• Drive the focus in mid to long-term supply planning with cross functional teams
• Initiate S&OP process and lead consensus demand review
• Advise/communicate Sales team for variances between existing forecasts, plans and actuals weekly
• Manage APS sys and check inventory, incoming and P/O to handle regional on-time supply and ready to report present status
• Analyze forecast variation/deviation with the goal to minimize out of stocks and prevent the build of excess & obsolete inventory
• Provide monthly oversight and give insight as to the status and forecast to the Leadership (SIOP)
• Analyze and Report monthly Closing for Logistics cost and inventory turn-over
• Draw up or renew contracts on 3PL
• Other duties as required
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree(SCM, Business, Economics or related) required
• Bilingual in Korean & English is a must
• 8+ years of expertise in supply chain management (SCM), including experience in demand management, sales plan validation, inventory control, production coordination, and supply management preferred
• Previous food service distribution and/or food importing experience preferred
• Have a sense of urgency and be able to work under pressure, be comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Willingness to travel in USA under 10%
• Demonstrates Microsoft Office proficiency
• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP preferred
Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
2. SCM Operation Specialist
Responsibilities
• Collect and analyze supply chain/operation data and recommend on improvements of processes and procedures
• Coordinate and support with needs for the SCM task force and assist operation as needed
• WMS-SAP daily data EDI/Input/Output/Inventory Adjustment
• Ensure implementation of SCM plans by efficiently working with operations and cross-functional departments
• Responsible for inbounding, shipping out, inventory control and developing SOPs with 3PL company
• Prepare and analyze business reports to identify issues and recommend improvements
• Assist on E-Commerce operation and Intermediary trade
• Support with other SCM related projects as requested by part manager or team leader
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in SCM, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in SCM
• English/Korean bilingual speaking preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Korean and English
• Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience in supply chain management, logistics operations and/or warehousing, 3PL (managing relationships) preferred
• Preferred experience SAP, WMS
• Reporting to supervisor on time and meet the deadline for his/her task

3.Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of product launch initiatives and campaigns to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of new products or product lines. This includes developing go-to-market strategy, launch plan, and defining metrics to track success.
• Conduct market and consumer research to identify the needs, pain points and preferences of potential and existing consumers.
• Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and improvements based on market feedback and business goals.
• Analyze sales data and market performance to make informed decisions on product portfolio optimization.
• Collaborate with HQ partners and internal stake holders to align on product sample taste testing, consumer research, launch timeline and design process to ensure successful product launch.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business.
• At least 2-3 years of experience with a consumer-packaged goods company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4.Sr. Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
Strategic Product Management
• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Samyang’s overall business goals.
• Identify market opportunities and gaps to drive innovation and differentiation in instant meals, sauces, and complementary products.
• Own the P&L for assigned product lines, balancing profitability with competitive positioning.
Innovation and Development
• Lead ideation and innovation sessions to conceptualize new product offerings tailored to U.S. consumer preferences.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
• Collaborate with HQ team, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver innovative and scalable products.
Consumer and Market Insights
• Conduct deep dives into market data, consumer trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
• Utilize tools like Nielsen, IRI(Circana), and consumer research to validate product concepts and strategies.
• Act as a voice of the customer, advocating for consumer needs and preferences in product development.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, packaging, and messaging that resonate with target consumers.
• Work closely with sales teams to align product strategies with customer needs and retail requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams in managing complex projects, ensuring all stakeholders meet their deliverables.
Performance Optimization
• Monitor product performance metrics, including sales, margin, market share, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives to optimize underperforming products or leverage successful launches for broader market penetration.
• Develop and present post-launch evaluations and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in product management, with a strong preference for experience in instant meals, sauces, or global cuisine categories.
• Demonstrated success in leading product launches and managing complex product portfolios.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is a must

5. Sales Support Specialist
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to sales representatives by managing orders.
• Process incoming sales orders and ensure they are accurately entered into the ERP system.
• Communicate with sales team members and other departments (SCM & Finance) to ensure the flow of information and updates about sales orders.
• Maintain and update customer information in the ERP system.
• Assist in preparing weekly sales reports.
• Generate invoices and send them to customers.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of work experience in food, ingredients, and manufacturing field (preferred).
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Establish vision and strategic direction for each business sector

7. FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Build and manage mid to long-term business forecasts of the full financial statement to assist the business with strategic decision making
• Manage the annual budgeting process through target setting
• Develop and analyze monthly P&L report and business performance
• Develop achievable short - mid term goals and analyze progress toward goals such as KPIs
• Provide strategic & financial rationale support Monthly Business reviews and create materials for the executive's meetings between headquarter
