ALPHA STEEL Sales, Inc., an expanding International Trading Company in the Steel Industry, is looking for a devoted and reliable individual who is looking to grow with the company for the following position(s): 

◼ Position : 

+ Administrative Assistant / Documentation (Full Time - Negotiable)

+ Salary Range : $42,000 - $54,000  ($20 - $26/hour)

◼ Responsibilities : 

+ Data entry

+ Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers

+ Sales support by following up on orders

+ Respond to emails, phone calls, and any other forms of correspondence

◼ Requirements : 

+ 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or comparable position   

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills 

+ Reliable with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask

+ Detailed Oriented

+ MS Office skills required (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

   - Proficient in Microsoft Excel

+ Bachelor’s Degree required

+ Must be a US Citizen or Permanent resident

+ Local candidates only
