Accounting and HR Full Time
Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
• Process payroll and ensure timely payment
• Employee PTO processing through Gusto.com
• Maintain and update employee benefits
• HR compliance monitoring
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Prepare and file tax documents as required
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Bookkeeping/Invoice and payment
• EDI documents sending and receiving
• Inventory control
• Monthly expense reporting
• ERP implementation to new system
Job Requirements and qualifications
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Acumatica, Or other ERP)
• BA Degree or certificates in related field.
• Must be fluent in English
• Proven experience in accounting or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
