▶Brand Marketing Div. - Product Development –Part Leader / Staff (Full-Time)
Responsibilities
• Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate the product in the market

▶Brand Marketing Div. Junior Graphic Designer– Staff (Full-Time)
Responsibilities
• Develop product brochure, ecommerce contents and branding materials
• Create original graphics and artwork (illustrative, photographic)
• Project manages and designs printed materials, including program books, inserts, and posters
• Layout presentations, including new products, capabilities, production, and pitch decks
• Work with the Product Development team to ensure designs are producible
• Assemble style guides and licensing materials
• Design content for digital marketing, including web banners, e-blasts, and social posts
Qualifications
• BFA in Graphic Design, Ad Design, Communication Design, or Illustration
• 1 Year professional experience in Graphic Design

▶Finance Div. Accounting – Manager (Full-Time)
Responsibilities
• Support the Accounting and Operations manager for general accounting functions, including but not limited to revenue - sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Manage inventory efficiently – conduct physical counts of inventory as needed and reconcile the counts with the Inhouse data
• Ensure optimal inventory levels of total goods are maintained to fulfill daily sales needs.
• Ensure accurate PO issuance and order receipts
• Oversee and manage the daily order process
• Supervise and develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships

Responsibilities
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Compile lists of most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
• Maintain and develop HR programs, plans, policies, processes and HRIS

Qualifications

Responsibilities
• Manage online platform and order management, shipping arrangement, product monitoring (Amazon Vendor, Amazon Seller, Macy’s, Williams-Sonoma, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot etc.)
• High literacy in NetSuite, Shipstation, ShipHawk
• Update and manage product listings
• Provide regular reporting on all sales
• Monitor inventory integrity across all Ecommerce platforms

Content Development and Optimization:
