FASHION DESIGNER:
• Create design direction based on each season by applying upcoming trends into the brand DNA.
• Design collectively based on the season and the delivery (about 50 SKUs per delivery).
• Must have flat sketch skills on illustrator and photoshop and be able to fill in the print/ colors.
• Must have understanding of pattern and fitting and knowledge in garment construction.
• Create tech packs with detailed specifications that include garment measurements, construction details, and trim/fabric information
• Research trends and bring in new ideas through competitive shopping, forecasting websites, and runway shows
• Research and source on latest trend of fabric, trim, and embellishments and present to the team
• Create cost sheets and product lists on Excel before the season launch
• Comprehensive knowledge of silhouettes, fabrication, color/print usage, graphics, embellishment layouts, and trim required and must be able to organize per season.
• Must be organized, able to meet deadlines and flexibility to adapt.
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR:
• Assist Wholesale Accounts Coordinator with entering orders, creating reports, processing RA, reporting to managements with problem accounts.
• Contacting accounts for shipment approvals / payment information.
• Assist Brand Director with managing online retail/wholesale platform with checking inventory, fulfill orders, update data, etc.
• Coordinating samples with showrooms and make sure samples are sent and received on timely manner.
• Generate daily, weekly report using our ERP system to ensure data entered are accurate and done in timely manner.
PART TIME AR/ AP BOOKEEPER:
• General bookkeeping responsibilities, including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Collections, Journal Entry, and Payroll Processing.
• Managing bank accounts reconciliations - monthly/ quarterly financial close process ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
• Making deposits and send overseas, domestic payments via wires and check.
• Maintains historical records by filing documents, matching information with ERP system.
• Coordinate and prioritize payables and receivables on weekly basis.
• Facilitate "closing" of financial records monthly and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with CPA for preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
• Communicate with Factoring company to receive credit approvals, send assignments, and request payments in a timely manner.
• Monthly Inventory Analysis Report and Financial Statements and report to CEO.
SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR:
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop and execute video concepts that align with the brand's aesthetic and marketing objectives.
• Conduct on-set video shoots, ensuring all equipment is set up properly and capturing footage in line with project requirements.
• Capture high-quality video and audio content using professional-grade equipment.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos using non-linear editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Avid).
• Light motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance the final output.
• Types of video content to be created include but are not limited to: campaign shoots, content series such as “How -To” videos, “In the Kitchen With” and brand videos with our founder, influencer content to be used on our paid social channels, product video for our PDPs, and content captured at company events around Los Angeles.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in videography, cinematography, and post-production techniques.
