Position: Sales Operations Coordinator
Salary Range: $50,000 ~ 70,000 a year
Requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Physical Requirements
• Normal office duties
• Ability to climb/lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, including bending and twisting
Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end process of order processing including billing and processing payments
• Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities
• Provide customer service and help the sales tem meet their targets
• Perform administrative duties including data entry and managing sales software
• Maintain and update inventory records and check stock levels
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies
• Conduct market research to support sales initiatives
• Manage sales documentation and contracts
• Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets
IT Project Manager
Salary Range: $70,000~$130,000 a year
Requirements
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• At least 2 years of experience in IT project management
• At least 2 years of experience in software development
• 4 or more years of IT experience
• Team player who thrives on accomplishments both individually and as a shared team effort
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and Jira issue management system
• Experienced in supervising and mentoring (preferred)
Physical Requirements

• Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
Responsibilities
• Manage IT development projects (C# .Net server systems and Android Apps) from brief to finish
• Understand customers' main goals, find the problem/solution for each project, manage timelines, manage customer expectations, and interpret their needs to work towards a successful outcome
• Report and manage costs and revenues of IT projects
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan
• Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
• Support collaboration with other cross-functional team members both internal and external to successfully execute business and achieve milestones
Position: Technical Support Specialist (1)
Salary Range: $50,000~$75,000 a year
Requirements
• Previous experience with vehicle diagnostic systems and proficiency in handling scan tool devices
• In-depth knowledge of Hyundai and Kia vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures
• Proficient in computer
• Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Fluency in English is required, and fluency in Spanish and Korean is a plus
Physical Requirements

• Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.

• Provide technical support by phone for diagnostic and inspection systems used by dealers, ports, and factories in the Americas
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to diagnostic systems and scan tool devices assisting automotive technicians and mechanics across the Americas
• Provide technical support and training to dealer technicians and mechanics on the use of scan tool devices
• Support diagnostic system testing for the development of Hyundai and Kia vehicles, ensuring functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Position: Technical Support Specialist (2)
Salary Range: $50,000~$60,000 a year
Requirements
• Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite
• Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Previous experience with vehicle diagnostic systems and proficiency in handling scan tool devices is a plus
• Knowledge about Hyundai and Kia vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures is a plus
• Fluency in English is required, and fluency in Spanish and Korean is a plus

• Support diagnostic system testing for the development of Hyundai and Kia vehicles, ensuring functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
