Job Responsibility
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Marketing Manager to oversee our USA online marketing operations, with a primary focus on the U.S. market. This individual will also be responsible for managing and executing online marketing strategies targeting Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese communities within the U.S. The ideal candidate will be native in English with basic knowledge of Korean.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and manage online marketing strategies across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social marketing channels for the U.S. market, with additional focus on Korean, Vietnamese, and Chinese community markets.
• Identify and analyze potential issues in online marketing efforts and drive continuous improvements across all platforms.
• Create and manage content from conceptualization to execution, including posts, ads, and video content.
• Write structured content for various channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and blogs to support online sales.
• Lead SEO strategies to ensure strong organic search performance across all targeted markets.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on digital marketing performance, assess trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee YouTube content creation, including video production and editing, ensuring high-quality media that aligns with our marketing goals.
Requirements
• Native in English with intermediate or higher proficiency in Korean.
• 5+ years of experience in online marketing, particularly in managing campaigns across the U.S. and multicultural communities, including Google Ads, SEO, and social media.
• Direct experience in managing ads and marketing on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong experience in Google Analytics, digital marketing tools, and video production/editing.
• Ability to work effectively across different communities and markets, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement and implementing creative solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic graphic design tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
