Office Administrator – Bilingual English / Korean
Position Overview
Engages in routine office administration functions in laboratory administration, human resources, client service, and billing. The position requires good judgment, communication and interpersonal skills, office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and associated insurance/laboratory system skills, attention to detail, and the ability to seek support from all available resources, inside and outside the company.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing day-to-day tasks relating to reporting and requests for information, and coordinating special projects as assigned.
• In accordance with established procedures, perform a variety of routine and non-routine administrative, clerical, Human Resources tasks and data collection tasks for the manager of officer
• Assist the Human Resources Director with onboarding, hiring documentation, and exit interviews, including all HR management tasks.
• Gather statistics and general data, employee information; review and combine this information into established reports for use internally
• May develop new reports or revise existing reports as directed. Such reports may be in spreadsheet or graphical formats or narrative-style word processing

Qualifications
• Not required Human Resources experience but willingness to learn about Human Resources management.
• Minimum of two to three years’ relevant corporate work experience preferred, but not required.

Position Overview
The Phlebotomist is responsible for creating an atmosphere of competency, trust, and confidence working with patients in draw station facilities operated for the laboratory; safely collecting samples following protocols in place including assurance of appropriate elements on written provider orders; and ensuring integrity / stability of specimen(s) returning to laboratory for testing. The Phlebotomist will paly a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Patient Service Center. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented and committed to fostering a positive office culture.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing office schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient utilization of resoruces.
• In accordance with established procedures, perform a variety of routine and non-routine administrative, clerical tasks, and data collection tasks for the HQ office in Torrance.
• Perform various office administrative, clerical, data entry, and report writing tasks
• Responsible for assisting with every aspect of patients including but not limited to: blood draw, collecting urine sample, scheduling, confirmations, logistics, blood draw issues, follow up, etc.

• Collect and organize records, maintain paper or electronic charts and all patients/blood draw/program/patient’s’ information and data

• Complete calendar management: schedule appointments for patients and monitor the doctors schedule to ensure appointments are booked properly -- including scheduling, paperwork and confirmations

• Performing blood draws following company specimen collection SOP.
• Ensuring order of draw and tube selection meet requirements; verify patient and label specimen following company SOP.
• Establishing rapport with patients, explaining procedures, installing calm, putting patients at ease, and drawing sample(s).
• Following all health and safety standards, which include required PPE and Hazardous Waste protocols.
• Ensuring integrity of specimen and stability, returning items to laboratory or courier following established protocol for accurate, timely results.

Qualifications

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across two key areas: our established clinical laboratory services (B2B) and our new B2C self-test kit product line. This dual-focused role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to grow our clinical laboratory business while simultaneously launching and expanding our direct-to-consumer (DTC) market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both B2B healthcare marketing and B2C consumer product marketing in healthcare or clinical laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive B2C marketing strategies for our self-test kit product line
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for our upcoming sample container product

• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including social media marketing, SEO, and content marketing
