We are currently recruiting dynamic Facility Manager in the Orange County, CA. 

Primarily responsible for overseeing building and equipment maintenance to ensure an optimal working  environment by performing regular maintenance on our building's equipment, supervising cleaning  crews, security guards, engineers, gardeners, etc. 

Minimum Qualifications 
- Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field 
- Facility Management experience preferred 

Duties and Responsibilities: 
- Experience in building and equipment maintenance 
- Knowledge of maintenance planning and schedules 
- Ability to respond to building and equipment emergencies 
- Promote, build, and maintain strong tenant relationships 
- Administrate property management budgets, service expenses, capital budgets, and constructions and  repairs 
- Control expenditures by staying within the constraints of the approved budget including maintenance  repairs 
- Vendor management 

Requirements: 
- Contract management, Sub vendor management, Budget management, Schedule management - Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
- Written and verbal communication skills 
- Organization and analytical skills 
- Eligible to work in the US 
- Bilingual in Korean and English

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
