Job Title: Account Manager (SALES)
Department: Sales
Compensation: $58,000-$83,000

Requirements:
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Experience in Asian food is highly preferred
• Must be able to travel (by car and air) for client management in other states


Job Title: Sales Planning and Operations Manager
Reports to: Senior Manager - Sales Planning and Operations
Compensation: $65,000-$70,000

The Sales Planning and Operations Manager is responsible for leading and supporting sales activities, pricing strategies, P&L management, and customer inquiries (service). This cross-functional role requires close collaboration with internal counterparts, including Category Management, Supply Chain, Order Processing, Warehouse Operations, and Transportation.

Responsibilities:
Planning & Operations
• Evaluate and manage sales operations, implement sales strategies across channels, optimize resource allocation, and enhance customer service in partnership with internal departments.
• Support the creation and reconciliation of the annual sales and marketing plan by collaborating with account and category management, ensuring alignment of top-down and bottom-up approaches.
• Develop and analyze pricing and promotion strategies, provide post-mortem analyses, and recommend adjustments based on strategic insights, business goals, and sales/investment plans.
• Track and analyze sales performance, forecast, and customer relationships while coordinating data across sales departments to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
• Present senior leadership reviews (MBR, QBR, MP), focusing on KPI results, key requests, and future implications for strategic decision-making.
• Analyze sales performance and business target effectiveness, recommend strategies, and identify key growth opportunities to drive sales and profit.
• Collect and evaluate market, competitor, and customer insights to drive sales strategy development, maintain market leadership, and identify key growth opportunities.
• Support ad-hoc tasks, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with sales objectives.

Cross-Functional
• Lead the planning and execution of sales meetings and activities in collaboration with the sales team.
• Maintain consistent communication and check-ins with Sales Managers, Account Managers, and other key contributors to ensure alignment and progress toward sales objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to refine the lead qualification process, optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of sales efforts.
• Develop and manage multiple projects, business scenarios, and financial models, serving as a key point of contact across departments—including Category Management, Supply Chain, Order Processing, Warehouse Operations, and Transportation—to achieve sales team goals.

Customer Experience (Customer Service)

• Resolve complex customer issues promptly, ensuring full ownership and clear communication.
• Manage and monitor customer inquiries, new customer evaluations, missing and returns, delivery status, loading schedule, and credit requests.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance & records, and drive quality improvements.
• Improve service quality by analyzing customer data and implementing process enhancements.
• Provide regular status reports and support ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in management, finance, data, accounting, or a related field or equivalent
• 3-5 years of proven experience in sales operations within the food industry or distribution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning abilities.
• Proven capability to research and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data, presenting findings in a clear and relevant manner.
• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals across diverse teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint), SQL, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Fluent in English and Korean; proficiency in Spanish and Chinese is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on effective problem-solving.


Job Title: Category Manager
Reports to: Senior Manager - Category Management
Compensation: $65,000-$70,000

Job Description: The Category Manager is responsible for providing market leadership in merchandising and vendor management. Key responsibilities include sales and profit management, market insights development, merchandising (product management), relationship management, and market communication for own product category.

Essential Functions include:
• Experience working with sourcing, strategic sourcing, category management, and vendor management.
• Strong organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
• Building strong relationship with potential and new vendors to increase product performance.
• Reviewing existing products to find opportunities in product line-up adjustment, packaging changes, spec adjustments, etc.
• Supporting the Team Manager to achieve strong team performance
• Actively initiating projects for process improvement and performance enhancement

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• 1-5 years experience in category management, strategic sourcing and vendor management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
• Korean language required
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office


Job Title: Inventory Planner
Department: Supply Chain Management
Reports To: Senior Manager - Purchasing

Compensation: $60,000-$65,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize ERP and demand forecasting systems to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Devise inventory strategies aligned with projected demand and promotional activities.
• Ensure inventory levels stay within budgetary constraints or safety stock thresholds.
• Proactively identify and address product shortages or potential stock outs, devising recovery plans to minimize backorders.
• Manage and update master vendor and item files within Blue Ridge SCP & Navision ERP.
• Formulate inventory plans for all assigned Stock Keeping Units (SKUs).
• Oversee inbound purchase orders (POs), expediting or postponing shipments as necessary.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with vendors to ensure flawless order fulfillment.
• Handle vendor chargebacks, credits, and penalties related to overages, shortages, or damages (OS&D).

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science degree.
• Proficiency in Korean language.
• Advanced Excel Skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP required.
• 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain forecasting or planning.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective collaboration across teams and business levels.
• Basic understanding of the import process.
