A growing trucking company is seeking for highly self-motivated and energetic experienced individuals to join our company. 

OTR (장거리 운송) DISPATCHER-Ontario, CA 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for executing dispatching and planning functions, ensuring all jobs are assigned for on time service and all available capacity is properly utilized

• Responsible to track and trace drivers from the beginning of their work assignment until completion

• Providing shipping details to customers and completing documents related to shipments

• Handling customer inquires by negotiating rates and delivery time lines

• Strong organization & planning skills as they pertain to daily trip planning and schedules

• Ability to prioritize workload and thrive in a fast paced, high stress environment

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 1-5 years OTR dispatching experience

• Strong written and oral communication skills (e-mail & phone)

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills 

• A self-motivator who posses multi-task, problem solving, and organization skill

• Fluent in English & Korean

• Must be a legal to work in U.S.

SALARY RANGE

• Full-time (Non-exempt): $23-30 per hr

(Negotiable based on experience)
