Oakobing Franchising Inc. - Remote Administrative/Sales Manager 모집
Responsibilities:
-Oversee the execution of franchise agreements.
-Maintain and strengthen relationships with franchise clients.
-Analyze and review monthly franchise sales performance to ensure
accurate royalty calculations.
-Perform administrative tasks remotely, excluding in-person meetings
with franchisees and sales-related duties, which will be conducted at
the Los Angeles office.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or
exceeding targets.
-Prior experience in sales is required.
-Must be bilingual in Korean and English.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong leadership and organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
-Strong customer service orientation is essential.
Compensation:
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience.
Commission will be provided for each completed franchise agreement.
