Key Duties:
Perform and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and an orderly filing system.
Manage cash balances, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships.
Ensure timely payment of accounts payable and prompt collection of accounts receivable.
Ensure the completion of bank reconciliations and reconciliation of all accounts.
Oversee financial transactions and maintain a system of controls.
Problem solve any variances of invoices and bills accordingly and in timely manner
Collaborate with internal team members involving any financial transactions
Collaborate with external CPA and auditors to ensure compliance with tax and financial reporting requirements.
Reporting:
Prepare and issue accurate financial statements in a timely manner.
Manage the production of annual budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
Track financial performance against benchmarks and issue reports on variances.
Provide financial analysis to support decision-making and operational performance.
Coordinate annual reports and ensure timely tax filings (including sales tax returns and 1099s).
Collaborate with HQ finance and overseas team members with all financial reporting and need
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting and tax regulations with various states
Provide necessary documentation and information for external audits.
Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
8-10 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management.
Experience in manufacturing accounting working with WIP, cost and % of completion preferred
Some experience with cost accounting preferred but not required
Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT);
Ability to generate tracking worksheets and reporting presentations
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean.
Leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and manage a team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across multifunctional teams.
Experience in tax compliance, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Compensation:
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000/year, negotiable depending on experience

Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems from the ground up.
Familiarity with labor relations and union interactions, with the ability to manage labor-related issues as needed.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to work independently.

Administrative Management Duties:
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
