Client Support Coordinator – (Los Angeles, CA), Full Time
Job Responsibilities
Sales Partners and Direct Sales Employees onboarding and training
Data management and reporting
Assist Department Director with Client retention and expansion
Serve as the main point of contact for our Sales Partners and Direct Sales Employees, addressing their inquiries, and concerns, and providing timely solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Partners, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to Sales Partners and Direct Sales Employees.
Assist Dept Director with. Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing Sales Partners and Direct Sales Employees.
Conduct client satisfaction surveys and implement improvements based on feedback.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Associate degree
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong communication skills, Korean & English both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and work in a very fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Empathetic and patient approach to client interactions
Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make quick decisions.
Bilingual in Korean and English
Starting base salary: $49,000 - $56,000/year
