Operations Analyst
Job Description Summary:
The Operations Analyst will oversee data related to manufacturing activities. They will develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity. They would also help to coordinate, plan, and direct manufacturing activities.
Essential Duties:
• Ensure that production stays on schedule and within budget
• Analyze production data to look for trends and areas of improvement
• Review the production plan on a weekly basis with the production team to ensure that the plan is being followed and products are made in a timely manner to meet shipment goals.
• Write production report
• Streamline the production process
• Work closely with reporting employees to ensure smooth production flow
• Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in work experience
• + 3 years of work experience
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills
Pay: Starting $55,000 or higher depending on experience
