Pay range: $65k – 90k annual salary (depending on experience/qualification)
Office Assistant for Sales Team
• Will be a key point of contact between sales, production and design team
• Must be able to follow each PO order from PO received to pre-production phase
• Will be processing orders
• Track/ship samples and swatch requests daily
• Prep samples for meetings
• Data entry such as product attributes or any doc required by buyers and sales team
• Must be a self-starter
• Organized with great time management
• Able to multitask and detail oriented
• Great communicator and be able to delegate work accordingly to team members
• Know how to use Excel, Word and Outlook as well as computer skills
Pay range: $18 – 23 (depending on experience/qualification)
Design Team Assistant
• Support the team to meet deadlines to seasonal collections and product lines
• Be able to complete tech/design packs for the team
• Assist and receive sample shipments and check-in to system daily
• Maintain and organize samples
• Prep swatch requests and check fabric inventory
• Print packages
• Accurately take notes for designers in meetings
• Follow-up with suppliers and assist with administrative duties
•Create tech packs
• Take photos of samples and organize assets
• Color manipulations on prints with Photoshop
•Keep team organized
• Ship items local and international for team
• Do flat lay CADs when needed
• Self-starter and solution seeker
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and efficient
• Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Minimum one year experience in previous work or internship in related field
Pay range: $18 – 23 (depending on experience/qualification)
Sales Rep. Assistant
• Contact between production and design team
• Must be able to follow each PO order from PO received to pre-production phase
• Will be processing orders
• Track samples, ship samples and swatch requests daily
• Prep for meetings which is to retag samples or change out hangers
• Help the Sales Rep merchandise for meetings
• Assist with buyers meetings
• Data entry such as product attributes or any documents required by the buyers
• Upload model/mannequin images to company portals
• Edit sample images
• Must be a self-starter
• Organized with great time management
• Able to multi task and detail orientated
• Able to communicate with fellow colleagues
• Know how to utilize Excel, Word, Outlook
• Must be ok to travel if needed
Pay range: $18 – 23 (depending on experience/qualification)
