​VMI Coordinator (Entry Level to Mid-Level)

[Responsibilities]

• Process all procedures of purchase, sales and expenses

• Manage logistics and inventories

• Analyze multiple data/information and impact of the information

• Coordinate transportation providers

• Track shipments

• Review shipping documents

• Interact with vendors and customers

• Understand international trade process including customs, Incoterms, etc.

• Communicate with HQ

• Assisting other staff with overflow work, including research, data entry and related tasks

• Travel up to 3-5 times a year

[Qualifications]

• Bachelor’s degree

• Bilingual in English and Korean

• Detail-oriented

• Experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred

• Relevant work experience preferred but not required (up to 5 years)

• Problem solving skills

• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
