Position: Accounting Assistant Manager
Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience

Position Overview:
The Accounting Assistant will be an integral part of our finance team, providing essential support to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations. This role involves assisting with accounts receivable and payable, reconciling bank statements, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Support monthly closing processes, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
Help prepare accurate and timely financial documents such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements under the guidance of senior accounting staff.
Maintain financial records and documentation cleanly and systematically in compliance with company policies.
Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and procedures for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry, file management, and responding to vendor inquiries.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in an accounting support role is advantageous.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Position: Purchasing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Strategically plan and execute purchase orders, aligning with project timelines and budgetary constraints.
Collaborate closely with suppliers and vendors to resolve any pricing or invoicing discrepancies promptly, maintaining strong and beneficial partnerships.
Oversee logistics operations to guarantee the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods, optimizing supply chain processes.
Conduct continuous monitoring and analysis of inventory levels to ensure availability and operational continuity.
Undertake comprehensive market research and data analysis to inform purchasing decisions and strategy development.
Lead initiatives in product development, contributing to the innovation and competitiveness of our product offerings.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet with suppliers, attend trade shows, and stay abreast of industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a knack for building productive relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and procurement software.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
Flexibility to travel as required for the role.
