Position: Parts Management Assistant
Team: Parts Management
Summary
The Parts Management Assistant will be responsible for completing daily inbound/outbound orders and supporting team members as well as inventory management. This position will directly report to Parts Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and process daily inbound/outbound orders from dealers, customers and other departments.
- Pack and label shipment or storage per company guidelines.
- Receive and ship packages from UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
- Maintain items on shelves labeled and organized based on FIFO.
- Maintain a clean and organize work area daily.
- Answer all incoming inquiries received via telephone, email, or web in a professional and prompt manner.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Create and send invoice and credit memos.
- Perform quarterly inventory physical count.
- Actively seek to develop process/quality improvements and communicate them to upper peers.
- Work as a team to accomplish all productivity goals efficiently and accurately.
Requirement:
- To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the followings;
- Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in logistics or related field
- Able to lift up to 45 lbs
- Fluent in Korean (Preferred)
- Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager (Preferred)
- Experience with SAP (Preferred)
Salary Range: 50k-65k
