Job Title: Account Manager (SALES)
Department: Sales
Compensation: $58,000-$83,000
Requirements:
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Experience in Asian food is highly preferred
• Must be able to travel (by car and air) for client management in other states
Job Title: Sales Planning and Operations Manager
Reports to: Senior Manager - Sales Planning and Operations
Compensation: $65,000-$75,000
The Sales Planning and Operations Manager drives sales, pricing, P&L management, and customer service. This role collaborates closely with internal teams like Category Management, Supply Chain, and Transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Operations
• Develop and execute sales strategies and optimize resource allocation.
• Partner on annual sales and marketing planning; align strategies with business goals.
• Analyze sales performance, pricing, promotions, and forecast insights.
• Conduct senior reviews (MBR, QBR, MP) with KPI focus.
• Identify and recommend growth strategies.
Cross-Functional
• Lead sales planning and meeting coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain regular communication with Sales Managers and Account Managers.
• Support lead qualification processes and manage project workflows.
Customer Experience (Customer Service)
• Resolve customer issues and oversee inquiries, returns, and delivery statuses.
• Analyze customer data to drive service improvements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in management, accounting, or related field; 3-5 years of experience in sales operations.
• Strong analytical, planning, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and Power BI.
• Fluent in English and Korean; Spanish and Chinese are a plus.
• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
Job Title: Category Manager
Reports to: Senior Manager - Category Management
Compensation: $65,000-$70,000
Job Description: The Category Manager is responsible for providing market leadership in merchandising and vendor management. Key responsibilities include sales and profit management, market insights development, merchandising (product management), relationship management, and market communication for own product category.
Essential Functions include:
• Experience working with sourcing, strategic sourcing, category management, and vendor management.
• Strong organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
• Building strong relationship with potential and new vendors to increase product performance.
• Reviewing existing products to find opportunities in product line-up adjustment, packaging changes, spec adjustments, etc.
• Supporting the Team Manager to achieve strong team performance
• Actively initiating projects for process improvement and performance enhancement
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• 1-5 years experience in category management, strategic sourcing and vendor management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
• Korean language required
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Job Title: Inventory Planner
Department: Supply Chain Management
Reports To: Senior Manager - Purchasing
Compensation: $60,000-$65,000
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize ERP and demand forecasting systems to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Devise inventory strategies aligned with projected demand and promotional activities.
• Ensure inventory levels stay within budgetary constraints or safety stock thresholds.
• Proactively identify and address product shortages or potential stock outs, devising recovery plans to minimize backorders.
• Manage and update master vendor and item files within Blue Ridge SCP & Navision ERP.
• Formulate inventory plans for all assigned Stock Keeping Units (SKUs).
• Oversee inbound purchase orders (POs), expediting or postponing shipments as necessary.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with vendors to ensure flawless order fulfillment.
• Handle vendor chargebacks, credits, and penalties related to overages, shortages, or damages (OS&D).
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science degree.
• Proficiency in Korean language.
• Advanced Excel Skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP required.
• 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain forecasting or planning.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective collaboration across teams and business levels.
• Basic understanding of the import process.
