Position: Retail Jewelry Sales Associate
Location: Los Angeles, Beverly Center Mall
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Jewelry Sales Associate. If you have a passion for luxury jewelry, enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, and possess exceptional sales skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Understand customers’ needs and preferences to recommend and showcase appropriate jewelry pieces
* Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, including product displays and inventory management
* Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
* Assist with after-sales services such as jewelry cleaning and repairs
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in jewelry sales or luxury retail is highly preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers
* Knowledge of different types of jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals is advantageous
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Attention to detail and ability to provide a personalized shopping experience
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
