Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling knowledge.
2. Sales & Marketing Specialist (Elevator Industry Preferred)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive business growth and expand market presence, preferably with experience in the elevator industry. The ideal candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, build client relationships, and enhance brand awareness to increase revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth, with a focus on elevator-related projects.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing campaigns for products and services.
• Lead Generation: Research and engage with potential clients through networking and outreach efforts.
• Proposal & Bidding: Prepare and present sales proposals, bids, and quotations to clients.
• Market Research: Analyze trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
