Position Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing initiatives across digital, social, and traditional channels. You will collaborate with internal teams to create compelling campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new guests. Restaurant and hospitality experience is a plus. Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand growth.
• Manage social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including email marketing, SEO, and paid media.
• Coordinate public relations efforts, including influencer partnerships and media outreach.
• Analyze marketing performance and provide insights for campaign optimization.
• Work with designers and photographers to create promotional assets.
• Plan and execute events, collaborations, and activations to drive traffic.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
• Experience with paid media, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling marketing campaigns.
• Restaurant or hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.

Regional Manager - Restaurant Hospitality (Bilingual Korean-English Preferred)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant and hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence across multiple locations. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred to effectively communicate with diverse teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Restaurant Operations Management
• Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and brand standards.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales, food costs, labor costs, and other key performance metrics to drive profitability.
• Ensure all locations adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations.

Team Leadership & Development
• Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Front-of-House staff at each location.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that promotes accountability and professional growth.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team efficiency.
• Effectively communicate with Korean-speaking employees and vendors as needed.

Guest Experience & Service Standards
• Ensure all restaurants maintain exceptional customer service and consistently high food quality standards.
• Address customer concerns and implement feedback mechanisms to improve the dining experience.
• Conduct site visits and quality assessments to ensure adherence to service standards.

Compliance & Safety
• Ensure all locations comply with food safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
• Maintain brand integrity by enforcing hygiene, security, and customer service protocols.
• Work with local health departments and regulatory agencies as needed.


Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management or hospitality operations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage large teams across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, menu planning, and food safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English preferred (written and verbal).
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
