Office Assistant (part time or full time)
Pay range: $17 - $20 per hour
Responsibilities included, but are not limited to:
- Answer and direct phone calls and correspondence such as mail and packages.
- Assist visitors and clients.
- Maintain and update office supplies inventory and order when necessary.
- Assist with data entry and file management.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Manage office equipment, ensuring they are well maintained and operational.
- Assist with special projects or tasks assigned by management.
- Schedule and track incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain records of logistical transactions and inventory levels.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of materials for shipments.
- Provide support to the logistics team.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an office, logistics, or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.

Product Development Specialist (Full time)
Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the development of new beauty products by identifying market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to define product concepts, formulas, and specifications.
- Oversee product testing, including stability, efficacy, and safety testing. Analyze feedback and make adjustments to formulas or production processes as necessary.
- Manage multiple product development projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and milestones are met. Lead the planning and coordination of all phases of the product lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors for sourcing product materials, packaging, and production services. Ensure adherence to quality control and regulatory standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and new technologies. Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing product lines.
- Ensure that all products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, including labeling, ingredient safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all development stages, including project timelines, budget reports, and product specifications. Provide regular updates to the CEO on project progress and challenges.
- Communicate with foreign/domestic partners on product development and testing.
- Handle any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, cosmetic science, or a related field.
- Additional certification in project management or beauty industry certification are a plus.
- 3 + years of experience in beauty product development or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the beauty and personal care market, including product formulation, testing, and regulatory requirements.
- Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on details and data-driven decision making.
- Bilingual in English and Korean.
Project Manager
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Establish and manage project goals, objectives, timelines, budgets, contract terms and conditions, etc.
- Lead and oversee the product development from concept to launch.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or failure.
- Stay up-to-date on current and emerging trends, and have a clear understanding of competitors and their behaviors.
- Market research and data analysis to draft product launch plans and partner with various cross-functional to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors thru clear, professional, and respectful communication.
- Work with the CEO on a weekly basis to get input on new and existing project progress.
- Maintain clear and concise project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessment, and final report.
- Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, project launches, influencer partnerships, and brand activations to drive growth and customer engagement.
- Create, track, and manage project budgets from new product launches, promotional activities, and events, ensuring all projects stay within financial parameters.
- Manage planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, beauty expos, and influencer collaborations to drive brand awareness.
- Handle any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, project management, or a related field.
- 3 + years of experience in project management, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Proven ability to manage product development process, including vendor coordination, product testing, and market launches.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MSoffice, Google Workspace, and project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Bilingual in English and Korean.
Event Coordinator
Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning ensuring that they align with the brand and marketing objectives.
- Select and secure appropriate locations for shoots, including studio, outdoor venues, or in-store settings.
- Collaborate with the creative team, photographers, videographers, directors, and designers, to plan shoot schedules and shot lists.
- Source and liaison with vendors such camera crews, lighting teams, set designers, stylists and makeup artists.
- Assist with casting, talent booking, and handling contracts for models, actors, or influencers involved in the shoots.
- Coordinate wardrobe, props, and product delivery, ensure everything is in place for the shoot day.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring that costs for photography and videography services, location rentals, and other expenses remain within the allocated budget.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and other service providers to secure the best value for the company.
- Supervise the set on the day of the shoot, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
- Coordinate between creative teams, talent, and vendors to ensure timely execution of the shoot, handling any last-minute changes or issues.
- Work with editors, photographers, and videographers during post-production to ensure the final footage aligns with the company’s objectives.
- Maintain communication with the photographers, videographers, models, actors, etc. providing updates throughout the process, from pre-production to the final deliverables.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- 0 -3 years of experience in event planning on photography, videography, or production firm events.
- Strong knowledge of the production process.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly in a fast paced environment.
- Creative problem solving and attention to detail.
- Bilingual in Korean and English
