1. Accounting Manager
Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring monthly close targets. Coordinate and manage external audits, including preparation and submission of audit documentation. Supervise the daily operations of the accounting team (including A/P and A/R). Prepare various financial data and reports for US-related subsidiaries and headquarters, ensuring that reported results comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles or International Financial Reporting Standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the accounting team, ensuring internal controls processes are followed.
- Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes; review the staffs’ preparation/journal entries to the general ledger, and other sub-systems/schedules, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
- Prepare financial statements for individual reporting units and consolidated companies’ financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
- Analyze financials against budget and perform flux analysis.
- Support external audits, including preparation and submission of audit documentation.
- Prepare supporting data required for tax returns, coordinating with tax CPAs.
- Review internal tax filings prior to filing with government agencies.
- Monitor and review daily cash flow to anticipate needs/excess; including timely communications to supervisor.
- Supervise and mentor the team staffs, providing guidance on technical accounting issues and performance development.
- Responsible for administration, other duties and projects as assigned.
- Periodic communications with Korea corporate office.
Qualifications/Preferred
- BA/BS in Business preferably in business administration, economy, accounting
- 7+ years of experience in finance and accounting management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- At least 3 years of consolidation accounting experience and communications with external auditors and accounting advisories
- Detail oriented, strong critical thinking and analytical skills, and ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi‐task and prioritize
- Experience with QuickBooks (SAP) preferred
- Bilingual (Korean & English) required

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
2. Senior Accountant
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Verify, post, or reconcile revenue/AR and expense/AP entries, reviewing the work of Jr. accountant.
- Perform month-end closing; Bank rec, accruals/depreciation etc. with supporting schedules.
- Prepare daily cash report, reconciling bank and book balance.
- Review weekly A/P list prepared by Junior accountant, ensuring accuracy and internal compliances.
- Support preparation of various financial data.
- File LA business taxes, Sales/Use taxes, 1042, and 1099.
- Supervise accounts receivables/payables and support F/S consolidation work.
- Assist team supervisor as needed.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant accounting knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Bilingual in Korean & English preferred.
- Consolidation accounting experience is preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
