Position: HR Director
Job Summary:
The HR Director is responsible for overall direction to all activities related to human resources. Work closely with all members of the team to implement policies that reinforce the core values and culture of the organization.
Job Expectations:
● Responsible for Developing and implementing HR strategies and HR programs
Responsible for Developing and implementing HR policies, Employee Handbook and ensure they comply with employment laws and regulations
● Create and manage job codes: Incorporate salary setting/work setting/reimbursement setting/performance evaluation ratings/annual appraisals/bonuses/profit sharing
● Responsible for the creation of onboarding, training and development plans for all employees
● Devise strategies for performance evaluation
● Design and lead a performance review program to support employee development such as Performance and Discipline management process
● Manage HR programs and lead staff
● Manage, develop and monitor the HR budget, Payroll budgets, incentive spending, budget for other HR functions like employee benefits and development program
● Manage and mediate employee disputes, and guide hiring managers on employee relations issues
● Develop recruitment policies and strategies: Work with senior management to align HR strategies with the company's overall strategy
● Lead talent acquisition and negotiating employment agreements: Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff. They also provide performance evaluations, and handle discipline and termination
● Develop compensation programs (Salary, benefits, bonus, incentives, and execute implementation
● Develop Salary Index
● Manage employee relations
● Responsible for communicating company initiatives and programs, and coach and mentor senior colleagues
● Lead re-org and organizational expansion
● Responsible for financial planning such as creating HR budgets and financial forecasts
● Develop presentation materials such as Projections, data charts, analysis, negotiation proposal, etc.
● Manage selecting and monitoring investments
● Provide Investment analysis (payroll, incentives/bonuses, organization restructuring, organization expansion, etc.)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:
● Bilingual: English/Korean (Fluent in both)
● Recommended HR Certifications: CHRP/PHR/SPHR

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Equipment Knowledge:
● Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● SAP ERP experience preferred
Experience Requirements:
Generally, requires seven (7) to ten (10) years of related experience.
Education Requirements:
Professional in Human Resources(PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources(SPHR) certified preferred.
Salary Range: 80,000-100,000
